Are the templates easy to install myself?

Yes, it only takes a few steps to install the template for Volusion or Big Commerce. Please take a look at our installation guide here. It only requires an FTP account to your host that is provided by the cart and a few setting changes and you are ready to publish.

Can you help me install my template?

Sure we can. Just add the Template Installation Package to your cart before checking out and we will contact you for all the necessary information to your store. Don't worry your information is kept private and will only be used to install the template requested and set the approprate store settings. If there is anything we see that might need to be saved or backed up, we will notify you before any action is taken

Are the templates customizable?

Yes the templates are built the same way as the other templates are so they will have the same capabilities and customizations allowed for that paticular shopping cart.

Can you help me customize my template?

Of course, just add the Template Customization add on to your cart when checking out. We will contact you with additional information what you need done.

What is covered in the Template Customization Package?

The Customization package covers the design and edit modifications to a current template for the Header, Footer, Navigation Menu and Background. This area is everything around the Homepage and Content area or the part of the site that look the same on every page.

Why do the homepage promotions say things like "Main Promotion Here?"

The templates come with place holder graphics to display the kind of promotions one would see in these areas. Since we won't know exactly what you sell or what your promotions might be you will need to replace these areas with your own promotions.

When or how will I receive the template?

Your template will be avaible for download immidiatly after your purchase is completed. The download link will be availble for three days or three downloads.
